Online Billing Portal

All customers have access to an online billing portal, where you can review your customer information, invoices and download reports, as well as register credit card information.

Haven’t yet registered your access to the billing portal?  

Please contact accounts@tracplus.com, as a new registration email will be required.



Your dashboard provides an overview of your account, with any invoices, payments and active subscriptions displayed. There is a list of options on the left-hand side to review contact details, invoices and make payments.


Any plans and products held on your account will be available to view. This includes any active or cancelled subscriptions.


Your account details are available for review. You can review and update your address and contact information, and a PO number can be added under the ‘additional information’ field. Further information on the payment fields for credit card payment is found below.

Credit Card Payments

Click to expand the bottom heading called ‘Payment Information’.

If you have current card details registered to the account, you will be able to find this here.

To register your details, click the blue ‘Add New Payment Information’ on the right-hand side and enter your card information and click save.

Once your card details are saved, ‘set autopay’ is automatically selected.

Manual Payment

If you prefer to manually pay the invoices each month, but still have card details on file for easy payment, you may uncheck the ‘Set Autopay’ check box.

Please ensure you click ‘Save Changes’ after any changes that you make.


If you need another copy of the original invoice, click on the invoices tab on the left-hand side of your home page. If you click on the blue hyperlink of the invoice name (i.e. IN9999) will open a PDF copy of your invoice.

Unpaid invoices will show ‘Pay’ in the status column. Click on ‘Pay’ to bring up a payment screen to make a manual payment. If you have saved details, this will appear.

You can download a spreadsheet detail report from the download options on the right-hand side of the screen (depending on your screen settings, you may need to scroll), and click to download the invoice as a spreadsheet.

The invoice export will extract a detailed spreadsheet report of your required invoice and the CDR report will extract tracking usage. The CDR export begins when you click download and may take some time if you have many devices. When this is finished exporting you will be able to download the report. 



This page will show a list of payments allocated to your account. Click the download option in the middle of the payment line to download a PDF receipt for your records.
