How to Update My Login Email Address in TracPlus Cloud

The email address you use to log in to TracPlus Cloud is where we will send password reset emails and other important communications — it's best to keep up this to date.

Please follow the instructions below to update your email address for your TracPlus Cloud account:

  1. Navigate to the Settings section on the left-hand side of the screen.
  2. Click on Account within the Settings tab.
  3. On the Account Settings page, you will find your name and email address under the User Profile.
  4. Enter your new email address and click "Save".
  5. We may ask you to verify your identity by entering your current password before updating your new email, if so then please enter your password to continue.
  6. Click "Save" once done.
  7. Your updated email will be displayed, which you will use next time when you want to login to your TracPlus Cloud account.
