Getting started with TracPlus Cloud

What is TracPlus Cloud?

TracPlus Cloud is a user-friendly and robust tracking and communications platform. It is available through any modern web browser, meaning it’s accessible and fast and will allow our developers to add features and enhance the product at pace.  It offers a modern and intuitive interface, with solutions for PC, Mac and mobile.


TracPlus Cloud’s administrator features give customers more control of their assets and resources. The software also makes it easier for customers to track their assets and devices while on legs and missions.

How do I log into TracPlus Cloud?

You can access TracPlus Cloud by navigating to cloud.tracplus.com. TracPlus Cloud utilises either an individual email/password, or our organisation-wide usercode you'll be familiar with from other products such as TracPlus Web.


What does TracPlus Cloud Replace?

TracPlus Cloud replaces web.tracplus.com, and our admin portal my.tracplus.com. Both of which will be shut down after the release of TracPlus Cloud. However, all the features you may be familiar with from MyTracPlus and TracPlus Web will be available in TracPlus Cloud so there is no loss of functionality.


In time, TracPlus Cloud will also replace our desktop application TracPlus Pro 3, however, TracPlus Pro 3 will still be available for Windows users until TracPlus Cloud achieves full feature parity.


What features are carried over to TracPlus Cloud?

TracPlus Cloud features a vastly improved interface over web.tracplus.com, and all administrative features previously found in MyTracPlus now be found in the new admin pages of TracPlus Cloud.

  • Managing assets and permissions 
  • Managing ICE contacts 
  • Adding friends 
  • Sharing assets

  • Managing groups


Please note that it is important to set your ICE (in case of emergency) contacts in the manage tab on TracPlus Cloud. This ensures that the emergency alert can go to the right people.
