Set Up Billing Autopay

A credit card can be registered on your billing portal to ensure automatic timely payment of your TracPlus tracking invoices. You may also use this card registration feature to hold the details on file for easy manual payment of invoices. If you have previously registered for the billing portal, you can register your credit card details in the billing portal (select the appropriate link below based on your region):

Australia: https://ausbilling.tracplus.com/selfcare.do?party=ausbilling#cookies

USA: https://usabilling.tracplus.com/selfcare.do?party=usabilling#cookies

Worldwide: https://billing.tracplus.com/selfcare.do?party=billing#cookies

The above links are also provided on your invoice notification email.

Haven’t yet registered your access to the billing portal?

Please contact accounts@tracplus.com, as a new registration email will be required.

Manual Payment

If you prefer to manually pay the invoices each month, but still have card details on file for easy payment, you may uncheck the ‘Set Autopay’ check box.

Please ensure you click ‘Save Changes’ after any changes that you make.

To make a manual payment in the portal, select invoices from the menu on the left-hand side. A list of invoices issued to the portal will now appear.

Unpaid invoices will show ‘Pay’ in the status column. Click on ‘Pay’ to bring up a payment screen to make a manual payment. If you have saved details, this will appear.

Update Credit Card Details

If you need to adjust your card details in future, click the three dots on the right-hand side of the card details for more options.
