Changes are coming to TracPlus billing!
At TracPlus, we have been working hard behind the scenes to improve the billing experience for our customers. This includes updating the layout of our billing invoices and improving access to information about your plans and usage.
What to expect
Improved Invoice Layout
The billing invoice will be simplified into summary format for ease of review and processing. The detail behind the invoices will now be available for download via CSV from your portal.
Customer Selfcare Portal
Customers will now be able to register to view their account through their Selfcare Portal. Invoice history, usage, plan information and saved payment methods will be available to review and maintain. Please keep an eye out for an email with instructions on how to set up access to your online portal.
Improved Payment Options
The Selfcare Portal will enable credit card information to be stored via our third-party payment provider. This will allow easy payment of invoices as they are received, and through linking your card to your invoices allow automatic payment of invoices as they come due.
The new invoice layout will allow a direct link to a payments portal to enable quick, one-time payments.
Standardised Third Party Invoicing
We are consolidating our third party billing plans to a single flat rate model, regardless of your usage. The new charge will be a simple flat rate of $25 US per month per device. This change is being applied as part of the upgrade. There is no action required by you.
When will the changes occur?
We anticipate the roll out of these changes in December. Ahead of the roll out we will provide you with additional information and instructions.
