You can email the TracPlus Support team with a request from within TracPlus Pro. For the 'How-to' to do this go here.

If you are unable to open TracPlus Pro for any reason or want to use an email App, the log files will not be automatically attached, and you will need to manually add these. This can be easily done from with TracPlus if needed.


Click on 'Help' on the menu bar then select 'Open Log Folder.'


The folder where TracPlus generates the log files will open. Select just the most recent files and drag and drop into your email.

If you are unable to see the dates that these files were created on by TracPlus, go to 'View' on the menu bar in Windows Explorer and select 'Details.' Then you will be able to see the dates for when each file was created.
