Firewall Settings

For TracPlus Pro 3 to function as intended, access to secure servers to download important data is required. For security reasons, some local office networks block the ability of programs to contact external servers. If you are having issues with the maps not displaying or the updating of the tracking reports, you may need some domain names to be unblocked through your local firewall to allow TracPlus Pro 3 to talk to these servers.

Below are the Domain Names, IP Addresses and Ports that are used by TracPlus Pro 3 to talk to our servers. Please pass this information on to your IT Network Administrator to ensure that these connections are permitted through your firewall for these domain names and ports.

Wherever possible, use the Domain Name as the IP Address may change without any notification and the relevant service in TracPlus Pro 3 may stop functioning. The following web page, Domain Name to IP Address, can be used to check for the current IP Addresses.
