In TracPlus Cloud, Administrators can set up contact groups to receive emails or SMS on event notifications such as takeoff, landing, and ops normal or drop start and stop. Contact groups can also be set up for ICE contacts for specific assets and asset groups.
NOTE: Only users with Administrator privileges can set up Contact Groups
How to set up Contact Groups
To set up Contact groups:
- Click on the Manage iconin the left-hand side navigation.
- Click on 'Contact Groups' in the 'Contacts' section in the manage tab.
- From here, you can select 'Create a new contact group' and give it a name.
- Once you have done that, click on the edit icon next to your new contact group
- To manage the people in this group, click the 'Manage people in this group button'. You will be able to select the people to be added or removed.
