Mounting the device on the Mavic Pro Drone

Swap inReach MINI clips

Your inReach MINI will come with a fabric clip attached on the back, in the box you will also find a Spine Mount adaptor and extra screw. Use the included allen key to remove the original clip and attach the spine mount.

Slide onto the mount

Slide the clip onto the drone mount dragging the clip up the spine as shown below or in this clip.

It will click into position to indicate it is fully seated. Check that both sides of the spine mount have slid into the mount.

Place on the Drone

Line the mount up with the top of the Mavic Pro as shown here. The round cutout on the top edge of the mount will line up around the bottom of the drone sensors. The mount has been designed to have no impact on the sensors function when placed correctly.

Loosen the velcro from the arms by unthreading the round edge from one arm, the round edge is designed to thread back in easier.

Gentle guide the arms of the mount around the drone. There are indents on the arms that will line up with the shape of the side of the drone.

Thread the velcro back through the arm and attach firmly.

Removing Garmin

Undo the velcro unthread the round edge from one of the arms of the drone. Gently guide the arms of the mount to up to remove the drone.

Press the release clip on the mount and slide the inReach MINI off the clip.
